Do I need to know about blockchain to work with MIKA?
No. We start from the business problem, the users and the processes. We assess whether blockchain adds value and explain architecture decisions in plain language.
What is the difference between Wallet-as-a-Service and Blockchain-as-a-Service?
Wallet-as-a-Service focuses on bringing the experience and features of a wallet into your product. Blockchain-as-a-Service focuses on the network infrastructure and its services. Both can be part of the same solution.
Where does accessibility fit into the project?
It is part of the requirements from the start: keyboard navigation, structure for assistive technologies, contrast, readability and error prevention. The scope should include technical testing and validation with people of different abilities.
Does the AI make decisions for my users?
The level of autonomy is defined case by case. We design limits, permissions and human review points for each process. An AI system’s answers and actions require evaluation and monitoring.
Can I start with a small scope?
We can define a first phase to validate the idea, its integrations and the user experience. Deliverables, timelines and budget are agreed based on that scope.
Is this website certified for accessibility?
This site was evaluated against WCAG 2.2 at levels A and AA and, where applicable, AAA: enhanced 7:1 contrast, 44-pixel touch targets, full keyboard operation and testing on phones. It is not a third-party certification. Results and known limitations are in the accessibility statement.
